WHO I CAN HELP:
 
I specialise in helping people who don't have the time or inclination to go the gym on a regular basis. I also train people who just prefer the freedom of training in the way they want, when they want, and where they want:

You can set your own programmes and preferences, for example:
  •  Body shaping and toning work workout
  • Control or lose weight group in park
  •  Weight-training
  • Stomach and core strengthening
  • Relaxation and stretching
  • No time - no space quick workouts
  • Walking, cycling, jogging
  • Circuit training
